Sarah Elliott, ACC, CPA
Sarah’s passion is empowering and connecting women leaders. After a fourteen year career in public accounting, she left the leadership team of a regional CPA firm to launch Ellivate Coaching. (Read Sarah’s story.)
Sarah partners with women executives and entrepreneurs as an executive coach in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires her clients to maximize their personal and professional potential. She uses this same approach to partner with organizations to customize, implement and deliver leadership development programming, including women’s initiatives.
In 2016, Sarah co-founded Intend2Lead, a company that empowers emerging leaders to create new possibilities in their lives, organizations and communities, with fellow executive coach Brian Kush. Using an innovative combination of leadership development tools, including one-on-one and group coaching, consulting and training, Intend2Lead co-creates unique solutions with their clients to translate their vision into reality.
In 2017, Sarah founded the Ellivate Alliance, a dream team of women business owners whose mission is to elevate the success of women entrepreneurs. Through the power of collaboration, the Ellivate Alliance provides women who are starting a business in professional services the inspiration, practical know-how and like-minded community to accelerate their growth during the critical start-up phase. They simplify business and life for these women by providing education, coaching and access to high-quality resources in one easy place, at an affordable price.
Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Sarah consistently balanced client service, firm management and industry leadership throughout her career as a practicing CPA. She spent ten years at PwC, where she performed a two-year rotation in their National Office. Sarah was more recently the national audit partner-in-charge of a high-growth, regional CPA firm and served on its executive and human resources committees.
